Please ensure spelling and wording is correct in your personalisation details, as once your item has been printed it can't be changed.
If we notice what we think may be a spelling mistake we may contact you before printing as we cannot be held responsible for spelling mistakes on personalised items.
Please note: The font size will decrease if you choose a long message.
If you wish to use your own picture or design:
Most file formats are acceptable and a resolution of 300dpi is preferable.
Please note that our commitment to provide quality is paramount to us and relies heavily on the quality of the image provided.
Should we feel concerned about any image that may produce a poor result we will contact you to discuss options.
In some case's the image may need to be cropped slightly to fit the printable item.
By uploading your image, you are stating that you hold the copyright to the image or that you have the copyright holder's permission to use the image. We accept no responsibility for copyright issues concerning images uploaded by our customers.
