Ordering From The Sweet Stall: Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. Orders can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder placing an order. All product images shown on this website are for guidence only as manufacturers do change product specifications over time. When making a purchase please bear this in mind as we do not guarantee the item you receive will be the same as the one pictured for this reason.
Delivery schedule:
We try to process all orders, where possible, within 5 days (except weekends & bank holidays). Whilst most items will be despatched within 2-3 days, please allow 3-5 days for delivery within the UK. 5-7 days for Europe and 7-14 days Rest of World. Where SURFACE mail is selected the delivery time will be much longer 2-5 weeks for Europe 6-12 weeks Rest of World. Despite our best efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays in delivery. Please contact your local postal sorting office prior to contacting us as they may have tried to deliver your package, but were unable to. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery once your order has been dispatched. Payment: We accept payment by Nochex or PayPal, safe online payments that allow you to pay with your credit or debit card. Buyers from outside the UK please note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES OR MONEY ORDERS IN ANY OTHER CURRENCY OTHER THAN GB POUNDS STERLING £’s Packaging: At The Sweet Stall, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to insure that happens. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, simply return the item and a replacement will be mailed out within one working day, free of any charge. Deliveries to UK mainland (inc. Northern Ireland) For UK mainland deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling. The postage cost per item should be shown along side the item description, if it is not, please email The Sweet Stall for a quote. Items mailed within the UK will normally be sent first class or recorded delivery. Heavier items may be sent by courier and will normally be insured for the full replacement value of the item. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance, Special Delivery or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order. The Sweet Stall reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate. Overseas & non-mainland UK: The customer is responsible for checking the suitability of the products against the local customs restrictions and regulations in their country, we cannot accept responsibility for parcels delayed, rejected or destroyed by customs. For overseas and non-mainland UK deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling. The postage cost per item should be shown along side the item description, if it is not, please email us for a quote. Items mailed outside the UK will normally be sent Airmail upto 2Kg (including packaging). Heavier items may be sent via courier but please email for a price BEFORE placing your order. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order. Due to overseas postage restrictions we can only send orders that weigh upto 2Kg including packing (1.9Kg goods plus packing) via Airmail.
Returns:
If you wish to return a purchase please let us know by e-mail within 7 days of receipt. The item/s must be returned within 14 days of receipt. The item/s should be in their original packaging and include your name.
RETURNS POLICY FOR FAULTY ITEMS: In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty item, or one that does not match the product description, please note: The item will be inspected to determine the damage before a refund or replacement will be offered at our discretion. Postal costs in these circumstances will be refunded.
RETURNS POLICY FOR ITEMS WHICH ARE UNWANTED BUT NOT FAULTY: The item must be unused, undamaged and in it’s original condition. It will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay the carriage costs which will be non-refundable. On receipt of the item/s we will refund the purchase price. PLEASE NOTE: This does not apply to any personalised items which will only be eligible for refund if found to be faulty (see above).
